I had no idea why I turned Caesar into "Well Intentioned-Extremist"...or in his case it's called "Knight Templar Big Brother".
My friend raeseddon have interesting story about it:
Caesar might have gotten paranoid after Rex's accident, and in the interest of not having whatever weapon he could make for himself at the lab be hijacked or reprogrammed by one of the others, he gets himself a rather low-tech way of defending himself and Rex.
